We don't sell personal information for money. To measure our ads, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel run on highlights.ai, and when you buy, our servers tell Google and Meta about the purchase. Under California law that ad measurement may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of it here, wherever you live.

What opting out does

• Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel stop loading on highlights.ai in this browser, and their cookies here are deleted.
• Our servers stop sending Google and Meta the visits and purchases you make from this browser.
• PostHog, our own product analytics, still runs. We use it to improve Highlights, not for ads.

Your choice is saved in this browser in a cookie, hl_optout, for 400 days. It doesn't carry over to other browsers or devices, and clearing your cookies removes it, so opt out there too, or turn on Global Privacy Control, which we honor on every visit.
