What up everybody, it’s your girl Plum back with another review. This is a decent Hot Springs spot. I liked that there were different temperature pools, it was nice to have that variation. My only ding for this spot was the large group of rambunctious teens that really killed the vibe. Not sure how they were allowed to come in unsupervised or why the staff did not intervene. I also think the steps in and out of the water need some improvement because it would be very easy for someone to slip and bust their head open. There was an older woman who was struggling to get out of the water at one point because of the steps and it was really nerve wracking, three women had to come help her. I honestly wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have any kind of mobility issues whatsoever. Otherwise, the pools were nice and the area was clean. I enjoyed that they had chairs to sit and relax on as well.Meghan

This is a beautiful location, and it looks like a beautiful Hot Springs to visit. However, their Google listing and their website are two different things. Please be sure that if you visit here, you look at the website and do not just go off the Google listing. You need reservations to soak not just stay overnight. The reservations are very limited. You cannot pull up a small camper or any type of trailer. There is no adequate parking for this type of vehicle. Super bummed to drive up there to learn this information. Only to be barked at by some attendant who seemed to be the parking police. Kindness and an explanation of the booking situation could have been handled better. The signage going up to the hot springs does state reservations are required, however, generally speaking that means for lodging not soaking. Colorado ended its reservation systems for hot springs after Covid. But it sure looks beautiful. I would suggest they update their Google listing to add that reservations are required for both lodging and soaking. The drive-up is beautiful.JoAnn Seele

The hot springs themselves are lovely. I really like the various natural pool options and cold plunge. I agree with previous reviews that safety really needs to be better addressed with better lighting, more hand rails, non slip mats, signage, etc. The fact that this has been neglected for years is too bad. I stayed in a cabin which turned out to be a very small room with a bed, that’s it. $135/night when I bring my own bedding and am also advised to sweep the place and take out any trash on departure feels super not customer friendly. Check in at 5:00, with the caveat that if you come early you can pay extra to soak, is also ridiculous.Lorissa ArgoRay

Cash Only. $20 per person and well worth it. Great and authentic environment to relax. There are multiple heated “pools / ponds” of varying temperatures. Try them all and find your favorite. The cold stream is a must try. Yes, the water is cold but the riverbed floor is warm. Wild experience. Wow! What a beautiful piece of nature this place is! Absolutely breathtaking! We loved our day here. There is a few varying sizes of hot springs to enjoy. The coldest is the biggest one that you will see only a few brave people enter. The water feels like 40 degrees in that water. The others are very hot and relaxing. The natural setting allows for algae in the water. Also, the rocks are very slippery so I would advise water shoes. In addition, there are lots of chipmunks around that are scavengers for food. Note, food is not allowed in. There are restrooms, where you can also change, at the top of the hill and the springs are at the bottom of many steps. The walk to the springs from the parking lot is about 5 minutes. Highly recommend going here! You won’t be disappointed. Oh and it’s cash only.Rachal
