My first Pawretreat 2 nights stay with my snr corgi boy at Oasia Hotel Sentosa fr 6- 8 Jan 2026 Room: Stay in Courtyard Premier, very cosy & gd for my corgi to hang around. However, the awning in full mode makes the courtyard very warm, so requested to drawn it back to halfway to allow air circulation & wind. Strongly suggest to install a wall fan where the dining table is, makes the area cooler. Interior was comfy & cosy, pillows were soft and comfortable for sleep. Complimentary coconut drinks was great. The only problem was the circuit breaker tripped twice on the second day caused by external wall lights affected by the rain. Hotel staffs were quick to attend to our room blackout and we were offered alternative room on the second blackout. Surprised they offered complimentary breakfast for the next day for the inconvenience.👏🏻 However, the alternative room had a malfunction awning that cannot be retracted, so court yard was very warm outside. Location: Very Central & Convenient, just opp Impiah Stn. Easy walk to beach, 8-10 mins walk. Staff: Friendly, Attentive & Helpful, making our stay special. On the 3 day check out, the hotel mgr Jess ( very professional & friendly lady) was so apologetic abt the room inconvenience and offered us a complimentary Grabpet ride home. 👏🏻 All the sweet surprises make our pawstaycation so memorable.🥰 Highly recommended for pawretreat in this hotel.J. The wife and I often take staycations to celebrate our anniversaries and other special occasions. Having been married for quite a few years, we have a pretty good idea of the local hospitality scene. Oasia Resort Sentosa has afforded us one of the best experiences. Upon entering the hotel's reception, we felt our stress melt away amidst the fragrance within the lobby. The environment was cool, clean and extremely pleasant overall. We stayed in a premier room, where the king-sized bed was big enough to accommodate us both and then some. Cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with no dust found even at the often-ignored obscure places (i.e the back of the tv). I would recommend Oasia Resort Sentosa to anyone looking to balance being near the attractions Sentosa has to offer while at the same time, maintaining a certain distance to provide quiet solace away from the usual hustle and bustle of commercialized everyday life. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful staycation experience my family and I had at your hotel, celebrating my mother's and sister's birthdays. We were truly impressed with the exceptional service and amenities provided during our stay. Highlights of Our Stay: - We appreciated the early check-in at around 1:30 pm and the late check-out at 1 pm, which allowed us to make the most of our time. - The complimentary brownie and balloon were a lovely touch, adding to the celebratory atmosphere. - The family suite was spacious and comfortable, accommodating 3 adults and 1 child with ease. The amenities, including 4 bottles of mineral water, 2 bottles of coconut water, 2 green apples, and complimentary tea and coffee, were also appreciated. - The toiletries provided, such as toothbrush, comb, shaving kit, earplugs, vanity kit, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and body & hand lotion, were comprehensive and well-appreciated. Convenience: The hotel's location is extremely convenient, with a memorial opposite the hotel. The friendly staff, from the check-in counter to the bell-boy, contributed significantly to our positive experience. Minor Issues: - We did encounter a minor issue with the in-room TV remote, where one of the batteries was dead. - Additionally, the toilet roll holder was faulty and kept dropping off. Overall: Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's efforts to ensure our comfort. Thank you for providing a memorable experience for our family. Billed as a luxury resort and also a pet friendly one, we chose this for the second option as we wanted to bring our puppy for a staycation. Hotel is very near by road, from the Sentosa bridge and RWS. Drop-off point actually has a short flight of stairs up to main lobby, not a deal breaker but still worth mentioning. This will be a mixed review, and point to note that it was my personal experiences/viewpoints that I’m stating. Positives about hotel: - We got the pet friendly room, and room was generally tidy and well kept. - Room had separate shower and toilet areas.. good for larger families. - The hotel gave us free doggy treats and also cake and some brownies. - It’s a walkable distance to quite a few restaurants, and two 7-11 stores. - Siloso beach, RWS and monorail stations are all a stone’s throw away. - The pool was big, kids enjoyed it. - The atmosphere was generally quiet with no loud noises/ neighbours at night. - And the best part for me was the breakfast.. it was fantastic. Cereal and drink were buffet style/ self service but main course was made to order from their lovely menu. Breakfast restaurant is also pet friendly. Now on to the Minus points: - Experienced a negative first impression when it came to parking the car. Open air lots were blocked off with cones and the basement carpark had no direct access to the lobby. So access to lobby/rooms involves a walk BACK UP the way the car drove down, and then thru open air to reach the lobby. Not ideal. - We requested for a puppy pee-tray and were assured that it would be provided, (and we didn’t bring ours) and unfortunately none was available. - The pet friendly room was odd; in the sense that the exterior area was basically was not usable. There were some redundant stairs (that led to nowhere), table chairs and 2 bean bags, but crucially, no fans! It was either too hot to hang out, or too full of mosquitoes, and no mosquito coils or even those mosquito repellent lamps types were provided. - Room service / in room dining is not 24hrs. This makes a big difference as most restaurants nearby seemed to close early 9.30 to 10pm. That’s leaves only 7-11 for late night snacks. We could probably order grab food, but were lucky to find an eatery that closes at 11.30pm. - Room has no space for additional sleeper bed.. we just managed to lay one down at the expense of walkable space.. making it very cramped. My wife and I enjoyed a very restful staycation here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly and nice, especially Firdaus who brought us on a tour of the resort rooms before we check-out our request. Enjoyed an early check-in at 12pm and a complimentary upgrade to a Family suite. The room is cosy, clean and nice. Location is great, next to the Imbiah monorail station and walking distance to shops and eateries at Beach station. We would love to come back again for a longer stay!CK Seethor
