This one at Tang Plaza was the latest one in tourist popular street Orchard Road. There are a total of 15 stalls including 6 MICHELIN-guide ones. Though there was decent seating capacity, I found the food court to be narrow and cramped, similar to the Hawkers’ Street outlet at Tampines 1. Do be careful not to bump into anyone if you’re carrying plates of food and drinks on your tray. The first stall that caught my eye was Fei Fei Roasted Noodle, which I remember queueing over at Yuhua Village Food Centre. Go for the Signature Char Siew Wanton Noodle (S$6.50), enjoy the crunch of the Roast Pork Rice (S$6.50), or go big and indulge in the Trio Platter Noodles/Rice (S$11.90). Those who crave the crispy sole fish and zing of vinegar can slurp on the Signature Tai Wah Pork Noodle (S$10.50) at Tai Wah Pork Noodle. Alternatively, you can also get the Pork Noodle (S$6.50/S$8.50) and Dumpling Noodle (S$6.50/S$8.50/S$10.50). Those who find travelling to 505 Jurong West Market & Food Centre an arduous journey just to patronise MICHELIN-guide Loong Kee Yong Tau Fu can now satisfy their cravings at Orchard Road instead. I’m really impressed by the lineup of hawker stalls they’ve managed to bring into a single space here at TANGS. It’s essentially a "best of Singapore" collection, with more than half of the stalls sporting the Michelin Bib Gourmand label. While the other stalls don't have the badge, they are all of a very decent quality. You’re definitely paying a premium—prices are on the higher end—but considering the prime Orchard Road location and the convenience of having all these famous names in one air-conditioned spot, it’s worth it.Flo Yeow

Hawkers street at tangs orchard is so convenient and a great food court with aircon and so many variety of dishes and cuisines to choose from! I had ramen, the broth was good love the gooey egg! Chicken rice with vegetables and soup. Indian food biryani and chicken masala curry drumstick was huge portion. The pears and rojak is good for sharing Tha ba long long free iced drink is very refreshing! What an interesting food court. Here you will find almost every stall has been on the Michelin Guide. Needless to say they produce very delicious hawker style dishes. I even asked the staff at the stall that makes carrot cake why they do it order by order as it was taking too long. She said they had to be one by one so they are fried evenly so the quality can be maintained. They are giving free drink if you give google review. The free teh bing is alright. I ate wanton mee and it’s good, noodles are QQQQ and the meat nice. Just not sure if the soup supposed to have wanton inside like the photo? Mine didn’t have and I realised it too late. The uncle cooking is good. The lady at the cashier not so, got abit of attitude and I can’t hear her when she speak. Friend got springleaf prata. I helped her collect order and asked for curry. The Chinese auntie asked me sweet prata why need curry, seemed reluctant to give. What kind of attitude and why need to question the customer on how we want to eat things? Very strange. Usually spring leaf restaurant curry is self service, so my first time encountering such a weird situation. The Indian guy stepped in and say sweet and spicy goes well ma. Correct sir. Pls tel the auntie to talk properly. The path way are very narrow. Wasn’t peak hour when I went but it was hard to navigate already. Can’t imagine how terrible peak hour will be.
