We stayed 2 nights here with our toddler and the hotel was super conveniently located within the airport and easy to find! All the staff were so lovely and accommodating from the moment we arrived, bringing up a travel cot for us with a comfy toddler mattress and fresh fitted sheets. The staff were happy to warm up milk for our toddler too, as well as bringing some delayed luggage straight to our door. We felt very taken care of here, and the breakfast was beautiful and delicious! And the pool was gorgeous. We swam in the evenings to cool down at the end of the day and it was a dream. Crowne Plaza Changi was an absolute delight and far exceeded our expectations. The location could not be more convenient. Once we collected our luggage, it was barely a minute’s walk to the hotel, which made it perfect for our group arriving from Seoul, Sydney, and Delhi at all hours of the evening and late night. We stayed a couple of nights before boarding a cruise and it worked perfectly for everyone. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed with spacious, well designed rooms that were a pleasure to relax in. The bar was fantastic, stocked with an impressive selection of top shelf spirits, and we had such a fun time sharing drinks, laughter, and long conversations. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide spread with dishes from different cuisines, which was exactly what we needed after a long travel night. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and on point, making the entire stay feel effortless. Everything was smooth, easy, and thoughtfully handled from start to finish. To whom it may concern, I would like to share my appreciation for the wonderful stay I experienced. The room was very nice, exceptionally clean, and offered a beautiful view facing Jewel. I was also impressed by the wide range of pillows and the in-room dining menu, which had one of the best varieties I have ever seen, including thoughtful vegetarian options. Julita at check-in was very friendly and efficient, and the lobby ambassador was very sweet in guiding us through the process. At the poolside, Rakesh provided efficient and attentive service despite several orders. At Allora, Jonard was amazing. He explained the menu very well, and his warm smile made the experience even better. Our food arrived within 15 minutes, and the pistachio dessert he recommended was excellent. I was also craving the tuna salad at Allora, and Louis went the extra mile to make it happen. His effort and genuine service meant a lot, and I truly appreciate it. What a wonderful hotel. Extremely comfortable and quite, all while being inside the airport complex. Room was great, we were in the Jewel tower with an amazing soaking tub. Very clean and well appointed. Staff is great and there is a restaurant in the hotel. 5 star luxury for sure. Highly recommend.Tom Taylor
