The govt. can do a lot to improve the place. It’s neglected big time… the flower beds are empty, the place is unkempt, staff is plenty, but not interested in their work.. you can see that there is no ownership to the place.. sad state of affairs. The staff should be made responsible for their work, and be made accountable, levy fines if they don’t performance, but incompetence should not be tolerated.
