(See warning below) Nice collection of artifacts from the Stone Age to the Roman era. The number of statues on display is impressive, and many are well preserved. Beware of the tricky ticket options, though. Based on our experience with other Turkish museums, we were aware that admission for foreigners is much more expensive (€15). However, the ticket office staff automatically added audio guides (350 lira, about USD 10+) to all our tickets without asking. We only discovered this by reviewing our receipts. Although we did not feel good about being charged without being asked, we didn’t complain much as we thought having audio guides would be beneficial. However, after checking the posted price list more carefully, we found that the €15 foreigner ticket actually includes a phone-based audio guide. We only needed to download an app and scan the QR code on our tickets to use the audio guide directly from our phones instead of using the iPod-like device they gave us. Obviously, the museum staff intentionally double-charged us for audio guides.J Kou

Really amazing museum with everything you’d want to see if you’re interested in mythology. The statues are all unique and amazing. The gift shop at the end is great too. The audio guide is really good and included in the ticket price- they purposely don’t tell you this and expect you to pay around 150-300 lira for headphones to listen- ignore and just download the app/connect your own headphones instead.Jack

Having roamed around Antalya and nearby for 1 week, we ended our trip in this region by visiting this museum. This museum walks you through the different ages and progress made in the area, changes in pottery, coins used. Many statues recovered from Perge during the Roman period are displayed. You can also see the stone tombs from different times with very intricate inscriptions on them. They have a facility to listen to the audio description , but don't recommend buying it and use it directly from muze app that can be downloaded at the entrance. Iam not sure why the staff misguide you by mentioning the application cannot work anymore, whereas we could very well download and use it in our personal mobiles. At the end there is a shop to buy souvenir and also interesting books.Dudo Dodo
